A point of differentiation between da Marco’s and other butchering facility, is we proudly sell Dry Aged beef hind quarter’s aged a minimum of 3 weeks, but like the premier steak houses throughout the US, da Marco’s customers request we age their special order beef upwards of 5 to 9 weeks.
da Marco’s prepares all of our retail and wholesale meats and Ready to Eat products under the strict inspection standard and guidelines of the USDA, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure & Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points guidelines. Through these procedures, we insure that every piece of equipment, each floor and workstation in the processing facility is sanitized and adheres to product safety in every aspect of the meat cutting process.

We’ve put a lot of time and effort into da Marco’s ready to eat foods and da Marco’s catering department. da Marco’s catering services include corporate catering (lunch boxes, party platters, Sandwich & Deli Trays).
